Clarion Enterprise - Core Subscription Program Upgrade

This applies to Clarion users who are not eligible to renew their subscription plan, and users who own an older Clarion version but have never purchased a Core Subscription Plan; this includes version 6 SMP subscribers and owners of older Clarion versions. (unused portions of SMP will be prorated to apply to CSP Upgrade)
